The printer requires a minimum of twelve orders before any can be printed.
Individual shirt orders must be held until this number is reached; you will be notified when the order is placed.
- Print out the order form (word doc)
- Send completed form with check made payable to "EEMS PTA" to your child's homeroom teacher
Orders also taken at Open House and Parent-Teacher conferences
